COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
BCISE will try to protect the confidentiality of your information to the fullest extent possible
and in accordance with law.
BCISE may collect, through some portion of the website or through other means linked to the website information including name, address, email address, contact details, telephone no, and other information. BCISE may also collect other information in the nature of demographics such as age, gender, geographic area, etc. Similarly, BCISE may also collect information, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, access time, operating system, webpages and advertisements viewed and/or clicked upon within the website, bandwidth speed, standard server log information; information collected through data collection technologies in the nature of cookies, web beacons, etc. Information such as user account status, choice of services and customer log is created and maintained in the normal course for providing better information. Such information may be used by BCISE for various purposes including to better understand user preferences, improve the quality of information provided by BCISE and serve the best user interest. In order to access or use certain contents, features, functions on the website, BCISE may ask you to provide certain information of the nature set out herein, including but not limited to: i) contact information, such as the your name, postal address, email address, phone number, mobile number and contact preferences; ii) username and password; iii) financial information for effecting payment, such as credit card information transmitted over secure network PCI DSS certified. At no point will any of the financial information will be stored on the BCISE website.
Any information that you post or send through the website’s discussion forums, messaging functions, or any other forum is publically available and is not a confidential information.
DISCLOSURE OF THE INFORMATION
BCISE may share the user information with certain partners to avail the advantage if special
partner programs and may also use the information to provide system information or information
about new or upgraded products.
The personal information provided to BCISE may be disclosed, when necessary, for various purposes, including but not limited to:

The information provided to BCISE is stored internally in its systems and the same is protected
against unauthorised physical, electronic access, password protected data access, firewall
against spam attack and data back-up.
The security of individual accounts is entirely the responsibility of the user and it is recommended that the user maintains the confidentiality of the account login credentials, including the password and does not share the same with any third party.
It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that irrespective of the nature of the device used by the user to access the website, the same is secure and all necessary steps are taken to ensure that auto-fillers within the user’s browsers do not cause leakages of critical information.
Financial information such as that of the user’s credit, debit cards will be dependent on third party payment gateways for security and storing information. The sharing of any and all credit, debit card information by the user is at the user’s sole risk.
BCISE also uses standard encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol, to protect certain kinds of information transmitted through the website. BCISE will continue to enhance the security systems from time to time. However, BCISE cannot guarantee the absolute security of the information provided to it, particularly in relation to compromise of data as a result of specified hacking. The user hereby absolves BCISE of any liability for any leakage of data, information provided by the user and confirms that BCISE will not be held responsible for the same.
